PANCIT RECIPE



This Filipino Pancit recipe originates from the orphanage which i labored at for any year in Cebu. It’s my all-time favorite Filipino recipe!
  • 2 lbs. uncooked noodles – this version used a mix of pancit and vermicelli
  • 4 cup s sliced mixed veggies: cabbage, carrots, peppers, and eco-friendly onions
  • 1 lb. lean pork, reduce really small pieces
  • cup oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 pork bouillon cube
  • 6 cup s water
  1. Soak the vermicelli in water for around a few minutes or until soft.
  2. Brown the pork within the oil using the soy sauce, garlic clove, and onion.
  3. Add some water and bouillon cube towards the pork and produce to some low simmer. Add some vegetables and prepare for five-ten minutes. Add some uncooked pancit noodles and drenched vermicelli. Simmer over low heat before the noodles take in all of the broth.
