This Filipino Pancit recipe originates from the orphanage which i labored at for any year in Cebu. It’s my all-time favorite Filipino recipe!
- 2 lbs. uncooked noodles – this version used a mix of pancit and vermicelli
- 4 cup s sliced mixed veggies: cabbage, carrots, peppers, and eco-friendly onions
- 1 lb. lean pork, reduce really small pieces
- cup oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pork bouillon cube
- 6 cup s water
- Soak the vermicelli in water for around a few minutes or until soft.
- Brown the pork within the oil using the soy sauce, garlic clove, and onion.
- Add some water and bouillon cube towards the pork and produce to some low simmer. Add some vegetables and prepare for five-ten minutes. Add some uncooked pancit noodles and drenched vermicelli. Simmer over low heat before the noodles take in all of the broth.
